PROGRAMME 23TH Oracle Cultural Network Annual Meeting
CHA(lle)NGING TIMES >> 26 & 27 OCTOBER 2022
Struga, The Republic of North Macedonia
We are struggling but we don´t give up. We are suppressed but we fight. We are exhausted but we go on. This might be an accurate definition of cultural operator anywhere in the world. Crisis are coming one after each other and yet, we are still here, fulfilling the aims of our organisations and visions we have drafted long time ago. To make world a better place.
The pandemic has impacted everybody´s life but also gave us the opportunity to stop, take a breath and reflect. Now, it is time to meet and answer the questions which came up during the covid void. How to deal with permanent state of crisis in our sector? How to reach a personal stability in unstable and underpaid sector? How to resist the never-ending antidemocratic regimes and repeatedly returning efforts to shut us up? How not to discourage the new coming enthusiastic generation with our frustration? What is our future?
Should we ask the oracle? No, we should talk. It is the right time to discuss and find out what future we want for ourselves and the world.
