Who we are?

The Oracle Cultural Network is an association of people who work in the cultural field. Most of the members have done the: European Diploma in cultural project magagement.

ORACLE encourages cooperation, exchange and life-long learning between cultural operators. The network promotes:

  • critical, diverse, inclusive, participatory culture

  • civic and intercultural dialogue

  • an active role for culture in social development.

Each year, members meet in a different country to discuss the most pressing issues facing contemporary culture and the arts.

At this moment we have members in over 50 countries:
